I need to exchange for another size/product!

Ordered the wrong size or color? If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, or even want to exchange for a new product altogether, you will not be charged any shipping costs for the new exchange order. However, unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the original item back to us.

  1. Place a new order for the exchange item(s).
  2. Contact us HERE with:
    • Your Original order number
    • Items you wish to return
    • New Order Number associated with your exchange order. (so we can refund your shipping costs on the new order) Please include reason for return.
  3. We'll send a confirmation email including Return Authorization Form for you to include when you send the original item back to us.
  4. Mail the return package using the traceable shipping method of your choice. If the original item you received was defective, we will email you a Free USPS Shipping Label to use when you send the item back to us.
