This issue typically occurs with our international orders. Never fear, if your order has stopped showing accurate tracking information, it is because your package is being processed through Customs in your destination country.
We are unsure why, but once our international shipments are received by the USPS sort facility in Los Angeles, they stop giving accurate tracking. At that point, it is in the hands of the destination Customs and is being processed.
The amount of time it takes for Customs to process is generally anywhere from 1-2 weeks. If you would like to get it expedited through Customs you will need to call your local Customs office.
